WHAT I ORDERED:
Sweet Maine Shrimp Tacos: Achiote Rub, Shredded Cabbage, Salsa Verde, Queso Fresco, Hand-Rolled Masa Tortilla
MY ANALYSIS:
Since I’d just overloaded on a massive consumption of food only hours before, I wasn’t in the mood for anything too sizable. However, I was somehow able to still find room for a “lite bite,” and the sweet Maine shrimp tacos looked to be the perfect fit. Both the queso and the corn tortillas are handmade on premise, and, of course, the shrimp is local and fresh. I absolutely loved this dish and found it to be really flavorful and very delicious. In fact, it was as authentic as anything you’ll find in Mexico itself.
Although my experience here is limited, I found the service, along with the food, to be delightful. In addition, the views aren’t too bad either.
